IV. Usage Method

• Preparation for Laying: Evenly apply tile adhesive on the back of the tile, lay the tile on the construction base, and initially adjust the position.
• Place the Clip: Insert the tip of the tile leveling clip towards the tile gap into the bottom between two tiles, ensuring that the clip fits closely with the bottom of the tile.
• Install the Wedge: Insert the leveling wedge into the slot of the clip, use a special wrench to rotate the wedge clockwise until the tile surface is flat and the gap is uniform.
• Demolition and Cleaning: After the tile adhesive is completely cured (usually 24-48 hours), the clip and wedge can be easily removed by using special tools or directly tapping, and the residual debris on the tile surface and gaps can be cleaned.

V. Notes

• When selecting the clip specification, it is necessary to reasonably match according to the designed width of the tile gap and the tile thickness, so as to avoid inconsistent specifications affecting the leveling effect.
• The clip must be inserted in the correct position to avoid inclination, otherwise it may cause uneven stress on the tile.
• The force should be moderate when tightening the wedge; excessive tightening may cause tile damage, and insufficient tightening cannot achieve the leveling effect.
• The clip can only be removed after the tile adhesive is completely cured; premature removal may cause tile displacement.
• The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature exposure to prevent material aging.
